Customer's reviews
Many architects possess the ability to plan and design a space, yet managing a project requires a team effort. This is precisely what Pencil Design Studio provided for us.
As a newlywed couple, we're embarking on a home renovation journey. It took us nearly a year to discover the ideal team to address our inquiries, and we stumbled upon their Facebook page. Thanks to this exceptional team, we had the opportunity to meet the leaders, Chiam and Juliet. Perfect 5-star rating for their professionalism. Really appreciate their approach in explaining matters to clients, particularly to first-time homeowners like us. Their creativity and passion for their craft are evident in everything they do.
If you're looking for a team to design and build your home in Davao City, we highly recommend them!

I had a great experience working with Pencil Design Studio for the design and build of my condo unit at Arezzo Place, Davao. From concept to completion, their team was professional, creative, and very easy to work with.
They really took time to understand my preferences and lifestyle, and the final result reflected exactly what I envisioned—modern, functional, and well-executed. The design details, space planning, and material choices were all thoughtfully done.
What I appreciated most was their hands-on approach during the build phase. Communication was clear, timelines were well-managed, and the workmanship was impressive. The finished unit looks polished and high-quality.
If you’re looking for a reliable team for interior design and construction, especially for condo projects, I highly recommend Pencil Design Studio.
